🌿PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS🌿

BOILING METHOD
1. Empty 1 whole pack and boil herbs with 1.5 liters of water for about 10 minutes.
2. Allow the herbs to soak for 5-12 hours. The mixture is then ready to be used. Transfer everything into a 1.5 liter bottle/container and refrigerate.
3. Strain a portion and pour into a spray bottle. Use this to wash your kitty when bathing. Rinse with water after or leave to dry. The spray bottle may he kept in the fridge or bathroom.
4. Consume half a cup twice daily(morning and evening). Strain herbs before you drink.
5. You may reuse herbs once after which you need to buy a new pack.

FAQ'S

Q: I threw up / feel nauseous after drinking the mix
A: This is 100% normal as your system is now adjusting to the mix.
Try consuming before or after meals and find which works best for you.
If you still throw up, consume in smaller portions and at night only.
Q: I saw my period almost immediately after I took the herbs. Why is that so?
