INTENSE INFECTION HERBS PREPARATION
1. Empty the entire contents of the pack in water and boil for about 15-20 minutes.
2. Allow the herbs to steep for 5-8 hours. The mixture is then ready to be used. Transfer the entire mixture herbs inclusive) into a 1.5 liter bottle/container and refrigerate.
3. Strain herbs and consume 1 cup twice daily with lime.
You may use half a piece of lime daily.
