Shipping and Refunds Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
The processing time at Kitty Karma typically takes 2-3 working days. That is, the time between the placement of your order and when your order is shipped. During peak seasons, orders may take up to 5 working days.
The duration for shipping in the USA is within 5 business days and shipping anywhere outside the USA is within 10 business days.
The confirmation email containing tracking number(s) is sent out shortly via email after your order has been placed.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be delays on certain occasions. These delays may be as a result of bad weather conditions and delays on the part of USPS/ UPS.
Once your package arrives at the UPS/ USPS facility, we are no longer responsible for it.
Kitty Karma ships to all addresses within the USA, USA territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
REFUNDS POLICY
Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, we DO NOT accept returns.
Wrong address refunds are also not accepted.
In the instance that you input a wrong address at checkout, contact us via email within 24 hours to have that rectified.
If you have already received a tracking number during that time, unfortunately, we won't be able to issue a refund.
Confirmation of your order validates your agreement to our terms and conditions.
